Our aim is to give each student a clear and proper knowledge of yoga so that you can establish a daily practice in order to improve your physical and mental well-being. We do not focus on the number of Asanas that we practice but to practice each asana in the correct way with inner awareness.
As teachers of the ancient knowledge of yoga, we are honored to share the knowledge we have received from our teachers and through our own yoga practice. We feel very blessed of being able to help, inspire and guide our students on the path of yoga towards a happier, healthier and more peaceful life.
We always try to give each student in a class individual attention. It can be a gentle correction in a posture or a verbal instruction.

Beginner’s level 1
For you who are completely new to hatha yoga or wish to gain a clear knowledge of the fundamental principles of hatha yoga. We will have an extra focus on gentle stretching and relaxation for body and mind. During the course, you will be introduced to new asanas and yogic breathing techniques along with their benefits, counter-indications and proper technique. After the course, you will know the basic asanas of a Sivananda class, Surya Namaskar, Pranayama (breathing techniques) and proper relaxation.
Course Information: Tuesday 3rd of September to 10th of December at 17.45-19.00
Duration: 75 minutes.
For you who have completed a Beginners’ course or already have some understanding of yoga. During the course, you will gain a clear knowledge of the fundamental principles of hatha yoga and be introduced to new asanas and yogic breathing techniques along with their benefits, counter-indications and proper technique. After the course, you will know the basic asanas of a Sivananda class, Surya Namaskar, Pranayama (breathing techniques) and proper relaxation. In this course, you will be given the opportunity to start practicing the headstand – Sirshasana.
Duration: 75 minutes.
For you who have completed the beginners level 2′ course or already have practicing yoga for some time. You will learn new variations and new asanas along with deepening your practice of the basic postures. We will continue to practice the headstand – Sirhasana. More focus on holding the postures comfortably for a long time while being aware of your thoughts and breathing.
Duration: 90 minutes.
Lunch break yoga / Lunch yoga
These classes are suitable for beginners to intermediates. This one-hour classes will help to reduce stress, alleviate pain and tension in the neck and lower back areas, ease out stiff joints, stretch out tight muscles, reduce fatigue and induce relaxation process.
You can buy 10 times card or 14 times for the full course.

This course is perfect for those who are looking for a gentle and comfortable yoga session may be because of some kind of restriction of your body or surgery. It also perfect for those who are pregnant or after giving birth to improve health and release stress. We will do effective modifications of the classical yoga postures, breathing techniques, deep relaxation, and meditation.
The Gentle Yoga course is designed to release stress and increase the flexibility of body and mind. At the end of each session, we finish with deep relaxation and a short meditation.
Course Information: Thursday 5th of September – 12th of December at 17.00 -18.15
Duration: 75 minutes, Number of classes: 14, Cost: 1750
This course is suitable for anyone wants to try meditation for the first time and also for regular meditators interested in exploring another meditation method.
During the course, you will learn the basic principles of meditation and the techniques according to the traditional yoga.
The class will be held in the morning because that is the best time for meditation practice. We will start the class with Kriyas (yogic cleansing exercise), breathing techniques, gentle yoga asanas and then continue with guided meditation.
Time: 06.30 – 07.30. Duration: 60 minutes

About yoga studio in Linköping
We are at Hälsocompaniet, Ågatan 39 in the city centre. We can accomodate 15 yoga participants with enough spaces between. We have very good ventilation system.
We have yoga mats, meditation pillows and cushion which you are welcome to borrow for the sessions with us.
