We are happy to announce that we offer online classes. If you are familiar with the Sivananda Hatha yoga practice or if you have some experiance with yoga then you can join our Beginners level-2 or Intermediate yoga classes that are live streamed. Intermediate class on Tuesdays at 19.00 – 20.30. which is starting from 27th August 2024. For the Beginners level-2 class on Thursdays at 19.15 – 20.30 which is starting from 29th of August 2024.
