Our teaching

Through the yoga course our aim is to give you a clear and proper knowledge of yoga so that you can establish a daily personal practice in order to improve your physical and mental well-being. We do not focus on the number of Asanas that we practice but to practice each asana in the correct way with inner awareness.

As teachers of the ancient knowledge of yoga, we are honored to share the knowledge we have received from our teachers and through our own yoga practice. We feel very blessed at being able to help, inspire and guide you on the path of yoga towards a happier, healthier and more peaceful life.

We always try to give you an individual attention in every class. It can be a gentle correction in a posture or a verbal instruction.

Yoga is for everyone therefor we are happy to help you if you have financial difficulties but a strong wish to learn yoga we offer part or a full scholarships for our yoga courses. Please feel free to email us.

Our yoga courses are scheduled to start in August, during Week 35. The classes are held place at Storgatan 70 right in the heart of Linköping. It’s a big, bright studio with glass windows in the ceiling, making it a lovely, peaceful space for your yoga.

We will have three different level courses Beginner 1, Beginner 2, Intermediate level and a Meditataion and yogic breathing course

Beginner’s level 1

For those who are completely new to hatha yoga or wish to gain a clear knowledge of the fundamental principles of hatha yoga. We will have an extra focus on gentle stretching and relaxation for body and mind. During the course, you will be introduced to new asanas and yogic breathing techniques along with their benefits, contraindications and proper techniques. After the course, you will know the basic asanas of a Sivananda class, Surya Namaskar, Pranayama (breathing techniques) and proper relaxation.

Beginner’s level-2

For those who have completed a Beginners’ course or already have some understanding of yoga. During the course, you will gain a clear knowledge of the fundamental principles of hatha yoga and be introduced to new asanas and yogic breathing techniques along with their benefits, contraindications and proper technique. We will continue building your practice with classical yoga poses, Surya Namaskar, pranayama, and guided relaxation. You’ll also be gently introduced to the practice of Sirshasana (headstand), with clear, step-by-step support to build strength and confidence.

  • Time: on Tuesdays at 19.15 – 20.30
  • Date: 26th of August to December 9th
  • Duration: 75 minutes.

Intermediate level

Deepen your practice

This course is for those who have finished the Beginner Level 2 course or have been practising yoga for a while. You’ll learn new postures and variations while also going deeper into the basics you already know.

We’ll continue practising the headstand (Sirshasana) and introduce more advanced poses to build strength, balance, and flexibility. There will be a greater focus on holding each pose longer, with calm awareness of your breath and thoughts.

This is the perfect next step to grow your practice—both physically and mentally—at a steady, mindful pace.

The Inner Journey through

Meditation and Yogic Breathing Techniques

For anyone seeking inner calm, mental clarity, and relief from anxiety through traditional yogic practices.

This course offers a focused introduction to meditation and yogic breathing techniques (pranayama), rooted in the classical teachings of yoga. It is especially supportive for those dealing with stress, anxiety, and mental restlessness, and is open to all levels—from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.

We will have a special focus on calming the nervous system, balancing energy, and cultivating present-moment awareness.

During the course, you will be gently guided through:

  • A variety of yogic breathing techniques, from basic to more advanced pranayama and cleansing exercises
  • Meditation techniques, including breath awareness, guided concentration, and mantra meditation
  • The benefits, contraindications, and proper technique for each practice
  • Deep relaxation and reflection to integrate the experience
