Hatha Yoga Teacher Training – 200 Hours

Starting March 5th, 2026 • Linköping, Sweden

We are happy to announce that our next Hatha Yoga Teacher Training will begin on March 5th, 2026, in Linköping, Sweden.

This is a 200-hour course following international standards, designed for those who wish to deepen their practice and understanding of yoga, or take the step toward becoming a certified yoga teacher.

Our training focuses on Classical Hatha Yoga, embracing all aspects of the yogic tradition — including Asana (postures), Pranayama (breath work), Meditation, Mantra, and Yoga Vedanta Philosophy. You will also learn the basics of Ayurveda, which is closely connected to the yogic lifestyle and essential for holistic health and balance.

You will be guided by Rajesh Dayakar, an experienced and dedicated teacher who shares authentic teachings shaped by many years of personal practice and teaching. Our goal is to offer an inspiring and transformative training that brings together both depth and clarity — a journey that will enrich your own life and prepare you to share yoga with others.

The course is divided into four sessions, each lasting four days (Thursday to Sunday), and will take place in central Linköping.

By the end of June 2026, you will be certified as a 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher, ready to begin a new chapter of your life — one where you can teach, inspire, and guide others on their path through the world of yoga.

TTC review
