ASHRAM DAY
Welcome to a full day of traditional Yoga, Meditation, Chanting, Philosophy and Yoga Nidra.
Rajesh Dayakar & Fredrik Binette will guide you trough a wonderful, calm yet intensive and deep day from 08.00-19.00. (see schedule below)
You will experience Meditation, two yoga classes, Intense pranayama, a lecture, yoga nidra, chanting & ceremony (satsang).
A tasty traditional Indian lunch is included as well as tea during the day.
Rajesh and Fredrik have a lots of experience with traditional Hatha Yoga and they also arrange yoga retreats, workshops and teacher’s trainings on a regular basis in Sweden.
